Spitbucket is Back!
“Since hanging my hat up at Coast Restaurant I have frequently been asked by various individuals
when I would ‘bring back Spitbucket’ and I feel that the timing is now right.
The plan is run different Spitbucket sessions at various venues around Sydney.
The first is scheduled for Monday 15th July here at Mumu Grill in Crow’s Nest.
So what is Spitbucket?
Spitbucket is a fun and informal tasting with its feet firmly grounded in twitter.
Everybody tweets on the night as the tasting goes on.
This event has Patrick Haddock (aka Wining Pom) co-hosting with me to a group of 20 and is looking at NSW wines.
In part, it is inspired by Mumu Grills kitchen and the local produce that Craig sources from around NSW.
And in part it is simply a celebration of the fact that the NSW offers some stunning wines that should be promoted,
and of course, enjoyed.
You will taste 12 wines from various NSW wine regions matched to tasty morsels from the Mumu Grill kitchen.
The tasting will be followed by a whole roast wagyu flank and some slow cooked free range pigs heads.

Tickets are $45 per person and strictly limited. 6.30pm arrival for 7pm start.
