So to cook these buregers think of it like you are making a steak sandwhich.
season liberally with salt pepper and some cajun spice.
Grill on one side for 4minutes.
Flip Patty and place some good cheese on top, I like manchego, but a good aged cheddar will do.
Toast your buns.
put a good quality mayo on the bottom, some iceberg lettuce and 2 slices of tomato.
place patty with maelted cheese on top.
spoon a t_spoon of MUMU BBQ sauce on.
Then top with the bun lid.
